STICKERS & PAPER PRODUCTS

- CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations are accepted ONLY prior to approval of your digital proof. Requests for cancellations after your proof has been approved will be denied, as we move quickly into production after approval.


- REFUNDS & RETURNS
-Refunds ARE NOT provided for complaints about details that are clearly stated in the item's description. As a customer, it is your responsibility to inform yourself about the details of the product you are purchasing.

-Refunds ARE NOT provided for customers who decide on a different font/color AFTER they have approved their digital proof.

-Refunds are provided for flawed, damaged, or incomplete orders ONLY. Photo evidence must be provided. A complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of your package being marked as "delivered" in the tracking details to be eligible for a refund/replacement.

-In the case of most damaged/flawed orders, a replacement will be offered in lieu of a refund, unless time constraints warrant a refund instead.

-Returns ARE NOT accepted on personalized items.

-For any item being returned, buyer is required to pay return shipping.


- SHIPPING
-We ARE NOT responsible for orders lost upon delivery. Orders marked as "delivered" by the tracking are marked as fully completed. Missing packages will need to be handled between the customer and their local post office.

-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are subject to the laws and customs of the destination country. We have no control over how their process works, therefore we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping due to these regulations. We suggest ordering at least 2-3 months in advance to the date the items are needed.


-DIGITAL PROOFS
-The majority of personalized sticker and paper product orders will receive a digital proof (preview) of their item, sent to the email provided on the ordering page.

-Revisions may be requested on the proof up to three times. Further revisions after the first three will require an additional fee to compensate the extra work time not covered by the initial cost.

-To prevent overdue orders, we have a 3-day order hold period. If you have not responded to your digital proof email (either with a revision or an approval,) we will ship your order as shown on the initial proof. This hold period is reduced to 24 hours on orders purchased with Overnight Express shipping.

STOREFRONT SIGNS

- CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations for storefront signs are accepted only prior to the digital preview being created. After the preview is confirmed, cancellation requests will be automatically denied.


- REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, & RETURNS
-Refunds ARE NOT provided for complaints about details that are clearly stated in the item's description. As a customer, it is your responsibility to inform yourself about the details of the product you are purchasing.

-Refunds/replacements are provided for flawed, damaged, or incomplete orders ONLY. Photo evidence must be provided. A complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of your package being marked as "delivered" in the tracking details to be eligible for a refund/replacement.

-In the case of most damaged/flawed orders, a replacement will be offered in lieu of a refund, unless time constraints warrant a refund instead.

-Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on your situation. Requests for refunds may be granted only upon the return of your sign.


-WEATHERPROOFING & WARRANTY
-All signs come with a three-year replacement warranty. If your sign degrades past a normal amount not due to poor maintenance, you are eligible for a free replacement.

-This warranty is VOID if you purchase a non-weatherproof sign and attempt to weatherproof it yourself. We use an entirely different process/materials for weatherproof signs, and non-weatherproof signs WILL NOT hold up outdoors even if you use spray-on sealant. 


-SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
-Production averages 1-3 weeks, which is entirely dependent on your approval of the digital draft. Production DOES NOT START until your draft is approved.

-The RUSH PRODUCTION upgrade DOES NOT include rush shipping. This upgrade only covers an expedited production time. Expedited shipping will vary greatly depending on your location and the size of your sign.

-Shipping surcharges may apply for orders bound for Alaska and Hawaii.
