SHIPPING & TURNAROUND
PAPER PRODUCTS & LABELS
Most paper product and label orders ship within two days of the order being placed. If you have elected to receive a digital preview of your order, we have a three-day wait period. You have three days to respond to your digital preview (either approving it or requesting a change.) After three days, we will ship the order as originally shown to prevent delays in production.
Shipping is free for all paper and label items.
Paper products and labels are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for 99% of orders. Delivery takes 2-4 days on average to anywhere in the US and includes tracking. Occasionally, UPS is used for larger orders that will not fit in a regular Priority envelope. If you cannot receive USPS or UPS for any reason, please contact us PRIOR to ordering so alternate methods of delivery can be arranged.
EXPRESS shipping is available as an upgrade during checkout. This is overnight in most locations, or 2 days to rural areas. For orders upgraded to Express and including a digital proof, our 3-day hold period becomes a 24-hour hold. Please make sure to respond to your digital preview as soon as possible.
We DO NOT offer pickup.
HOME DECOR
Most signs complete production in 2-4 days. Same-day shipping is NOT available for any home decor item, as we allow a minimum of 24 hours for paint and glue drying.
Shipping is free for all home decor items except signs exceeding 48" x 48", which require freight shipping at an additional cost due to the size.
Decor items ship via UPS, which takes 3-5 days to arrive on average.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you need faster shipping, please contact us with your ZIP code and the size of the product you are purchasing. Additional charges vary depending on the size of your item and your location.
We DO NOT offer pickup.
BUSINESS SIGNS
Production times for business signs vary depending on size and complexity. 99% of signs can be completed in three weeks or less, with the exception being very large and complex weatherproof signs.
Signs under 48" ship by UPS, which takes 3-5 days to arrive on average. Shipping is free for all signs under 48".
48" + are required to ship by freight due to the large size and require an additional $300 shipping + handling.
