Shipping policy
- CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours post-purchase. After this window, your order is likely already in production and cannot be cancelled.
- SHIPPING
-We ARE NOT responsible for orders lost upon delivery. Orders marked as "delivered" by the tracking are marked as fully completed. Missing packages will need to be handled between the customer and their local post office.
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are subject to the laws and customs of the destination country. We have no control over how their process works, therefore we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping due to these regulations. We suggest ordering at least 2-3 months in advance to the date the items are needed.
-DIGITAL PROOFS
-The majority of personalized product orders will receive a digital proof (preview) of their item, sent to the email provided on the ordering page. -Revisions may be requested on the proof up to three times. Further revisions after the first three will require an additional fee to compensate the extra work time not covered by the initial cost. -To prevent overdue orders, we have a 3-day order hold period. If you have not responded to your digital proof email (either with a revision or an approval,) we will ship your order as shown on the initial proof. This hold period is reduced to 24 hours on orders purchased with Overnight Express shipping.
